Vietnamese fruit cup

This chunky blend of tropical fruit in a cup is a popular local treat when the heat of Vietnamese summer begins. It could be considered a healthy alternative to ice cream if you stick to the shaved ice variation, but for the full experience it's best had with diabetes-inducing condensed milk mixed in ;)

It's easy to make a perfect fruit cup -
Put the chopped fruit in a bowl and toss gently to combine, then put the crushed ice in the bottom of six tall glasses, then spoon in the fruit. Combine the yogurt, coconut milk and condensed milk in a jug, then pour over the fruit. Done. Enjoy!
